about
Hi, I'm Ida!
I work across the fields of data journalism, design and data science.
I like to dive into complex topics and look for ways in that are easy to grasp and engage with. I code and design, do research, file requests and scrape data to make data visualizations, data sculptures or interactive objects, among other things. I work freelance and I'm part of the Remote Sensing Centre for Earth System Research at Uni Leipzig. Sometimes I teach or do workshops, too.
Don't hesitate to get in touch! (or find my attempts at the annual map challenge on Mastodon)
